Stories from Salisbury's Past
At the Salisbury Public Library

Thursday February 17 at 7 PM

Barry Whitney will tell the story of Gershom Beach, a Salisbury resident, also known as the 'Paul Revere of the Green Mountain Boys.' Learn of his famous run from Castleton to Hand's Cove in Shoreham.

Henry Haskell will tell the story of General Knox and his famous moving of the canons from Shoreham across the ice, and how they fell through and were then retrieved.
